East 10th St. Civic Association – Request for Information
Greetings from the East 10th Street Civic Association and Indy-east Asset Development,
Please find attached the release of a Request for Information specific to the East 10th & Hamilton Street redevelopment node.
Some of you may recall John Hay, Indy-east Asset Development Executive Director, and me discussing this process during various forums or conversations with you, as NESCO neighborhood association leaders. The attached invites you and your neighbors to consider a response specific to two key, available and shovel-ready sites located approximately one mile from the Indianapolis downtown.
As always, engaging our residents and business owners is critical to the work both E10SCA and I-AD do here on the Near Eastside. We invite neighborhood residents and associations to share ideas for the reuse of these two prominent parcels located at East 10th & Hamilton Streets. We are looking for innovative ideas that might be presented to us in bulleted format, rough sketches, or other means. There is no requirement for length of response – just a request for consideration for development potential as outlined in the RFI.
So, let your imagination run wild!

Harshman PTSA Steer-In Fundraiser
Tuesday, December 3rd – 15% of all sales, dine-in, carry-out, and delivery will be donated to the HL Harshman Magnet Middle School PTSA general fund when you mention Harshman at your check-out. You MUST mention Harshman! Harshman is the IPS STEM and World Language magnet middle school, educating their students to fill the void of qualified employees in the future of United States’ STEM jobs.
