Annual Meeting, Next Tuesday, Dec.12th, 7pm @ the Spades Park Library
What happens at this meeting?
We will discuss pressing issues- like the recent gunfire incidents, our priorities for next year, review 2023, vote on the 2024 budget and elect new neighborhood association board members. Have something to share? Let us know by Sunday and we can add it to the agenda.
Why is this meeting important?
We are an all-volunteer, neighborhood association. What is decided is directly determined by community participation. We need an approved budget for 2024 if the Treasurer is to purchase necessary insurance, pay our small property tax bill and maintenance for Fletcher Park. Our neighborhood deserves and needs a full, active board. The neighborhood-elected board members will, in turn, elect our 2024 Officers (President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer) in early January.
We need a diverse board that represents all of us- Renters, Homeowners, Workers.
If you are interested in nominating someone or running for a board seat, please check out the nomination form (in this email) for more details and to make that nomination!
All are Welcome.
Everyone who works, lives or owns property in Windsor Park is welcome and encouraged to attend and be a part of the conversation. However, our bylaws restrict voting to current members and requires a quorum of current members. You can join or renew at the meeting, when signing in or by clicking the “Membership” button below.
Not sure if you are current? Want to be added to the agenda? Reach out to us via the “contact us” link at windsorparkindy.com or email the board directly at [email protected].
