In cooperation with the Local Inititiaves Support Corporation (LISC) of Indianapolis, the St. Clair Place Neighborhood Association, Indy-east Asset Development (I AD) and East 10th Street Civic Association are conducting tours of St. Clair Place neighborhood homes and Clifford Corners. This brief tour is intended to showcase recent investment in the Near Eastside, demonstrate its value, and encourage reputable and forward-looking developers to invest and build in the community at market rates.
