In October 2014, Near East Area Renewal (NEAR) will revive the historic near Eastside Caulk of the Town event. This one day blitz will aim to engage 150 volunteers to weatherize approximately 37 near Eastside homes. Please consider joining us as we work with neighbors to impact home and create great places.
