Recent Changes in the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development’s policies on acquiring distressed properties for urban homesteading. It will be come possible for a neighbor to purchase a Land Bank property and move in with a commitment to fully restore the house. This forum provides information about urban homesteading possibilities and requirements on the Near Eastside.
