Neighbors and Friends,

You are invited to attend the Near Eastside Neighborhood Summit.  The Summit is your opportunity to connect with other Near Eastside residents and stakeholders, celebrate the successes, and address challenges and opportunities in the neighborhood to put on the Quality of Life Plan.  It will be at Clifford Corners in their Urban Box community space  3125 E. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46201.

The Summit agenda is filling up!  We will be addressing a solar energy neighborhood project for Ruby Park, potentially creating two task forces, and hearing about some great volunteer opportunities.

If you have something you’d like to address at this meeting related to the Near Eastside and our Plan, please email or call Megan, Near Eastside Community Builder, and she will work with you to get it on the agenda.

Everyone will have until August 19, 2013 to propose items for the agenda.  After this date, the agenda is set for the September meeting.

We will have refreshments and a couple of babysitters available.  Please indicate if you need a babysitter in your RSVP.
