Social time is held from 6:30 to 7:00 Neighbors are encouraged to bring a munchie to share. The association provides beverages. The business portion of the meeting is from 7:00-8:00. Annual elections are held in April. This is when we elect officers for Holy Cross and members of the Arsenal Heights Civic League board.
Association Dues of $10 per household are collected at Quarterly Meetings. Dues are not mandatory but go towards supplies for neighborhood cleanups and celebrations.
