Come learn about the newest homeownership opportunities happening in the St. Clair Place Neighborhood: The Teachers’ Village.

This meeting will give you the first-look at what the homes will look like and what you can expect in the coming months. We will have information on different grant and down payment assistance programs available for first time buyers. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and meet with some residents that have purchased homes developed by NEAR in the same neighborhood.
