We believe a renting neighbor is as valuable and critical for community health as a home-owning neighbor or business (that’s why the first 32 houses we developed are available for rent to 50% AMI households). We are asking renting neighbors to share your experiences in your apartment or house and in our community. Why do you like living in a Near Eastside neighborhood? What about it do you dislike? What makes your experience of renting great for you? What about it frustrates you? What would you change, if you could?  Join us as we learn more about the renters experience.
