Families First Parent Cafe

Parent Café’s are an opportunity for parents/caregivers to engage in peer-to-peer learning, deeper reflection about parenting and learning ways to build “Protective Factors”(Resilience, Relationships, Support, Knowledge, Communication) that can assist with keeping their families safe, healthy and strong. Parent Cafe’s can:

 *Reduce stress / increase peace and well-being
 *Increase parenting knowledge & skills
 *Build protective factors
 *Facilitate meaningful relationships and bonding / community-building
 *Provide opportunities for parent leadership

Every Parent Café starts with a meal shared by all participants and their children and FREE childcare is provided during the event. Pre-registration is required by calling 317-634-6341 or online at www.familiesfirstindiana.org/parentcafe
